  1. Blankom & Associated Technologies

This subfolder contains the technical core of the media distribution systems, specializing in headend technology.

  • Encoders and Encoder-Modulators (EMU, HDM, MPE Series): These devices convert raw video sources (HDMI, SDI) into digital streams.
    • Encoders: The EMU 8200 series encodes up to 12 HD-SDI channels to IP streams, supporting advanced compression like HEVC/H.265.
    • Encoder-Modulators: Devices like the HDM-12220C/T take up to 12 HD-SDI inputs and modulate them directly into DVB-C (QAM) or DVB-T RF carriers for coaxial cable distribution, often combining encoding, multiplexing, and scrambling in a single unit.
